1. Service Description

TutorDraw is an interactive online whiteboard teaching platform that integrates real-time drawing, video calls, text chat, and material sharing to provide a seamless remote teaching experience for teachers and students. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

TutorDraw welcomes learners of all ages. Children under 13 must have an account created on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms, and should use the service under guardian supervision. Users aged 13 to 17 must use the service with parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising all activities under their minor child's account. All users are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding login credentials, and all activities that occur under their account. Do not share your account or allow others to use your account to access the service.

3. Acceptable Use

When using TutorDraw, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or transmit harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or other harmful content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights or other rights
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Access other users' accounts or system resources without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The TutorDraw platform and all its content (including but not limited to software, design, logos, icons, and text) are owned by TutorDraw or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without written authorization.

5. User Content

Content you create or upload on the platform (including whiteboard drawings, chat messages, uploaded materials, etc.) remains yours. However, you grant TutorDraw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload such content.

6. Payment & Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Prices may change, but we will notify existing subscribers in advance. Refunds are handled according to our published policy, and you may contact support for assistance with disputes.

7. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. If you violate these terms, we may immediately terminate your account access. Upon account termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer

TutorDraw service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorDraw and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Modified terms become effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
